2.4 Mental Capacity. You represent that you are of sound mind and are not registering or playing under duress, compulsion, or impairment that would affect your capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3.1 Registration. To access Real Money Games on ph64, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph64 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph64 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. ph64 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where KYC verification is incomplete.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the ph64 Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. ph64 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph64 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ph64 may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 General. ph64 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. ph64 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
5.3 Abuse. ph64 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated software to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Modification. ph64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph64 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
7.1 Ownership. All content on the ph64 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of ph64 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License. ph64 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
7.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the ph64 Platform.
8.1 Platform Availability. ph64 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ph64's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.
8.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on ph64 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. ph64 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from participation in any game. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all funds deposited.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph64 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
8.4 Maximum Liability. ph64's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph64 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 Commitment. ph64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the ph64 Platform may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. 10.1 By ph64. ph64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of this Agreement, regulatory requirement, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account closure due to a breach of this Agreement, ph64 may forfeit any balance held in the account.
10.2 By the Player. You may close your ph64 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no outstanding compliance issues exist.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, and 11 — shall continue in full force and effect.
11.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Regulatory Oversight. ph64 operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
11.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
11.4 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
12.1 Right to Amend. ph64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ph64 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
12.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the ph64 website at ph64.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
